<p style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;" align="left">Tumis bumbu halus sampai harum masukan potongan daging aduk tambahkan sereh, lengkuas, daun jeruk, garam dan gula.</p>
<p style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;" align="left">Masukkan kedalam kaldu tambahkan santan aduk-aduk sesekali masak sampai daging empuk dan kuah lezat.</p>

<li>2 sendok makan tepung terigu dan 1 sendok makan air, dilarutkan untuk perekat</li>
<li>Minyak untuk menggoreng</li>

<p><strong>Resep isi lumpia semarang :</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>3 siung bawang putih, dicincang halus</li>
<li>1 sendok teh ebi sangrai, dihaluskan</li>
<li>50 gram udang, dicincang kasar</li>
<li>50 gram ayam, dicincang kasar</li>
<li>2 butir telur, dikocok lepas</li>
<li>200 gram rebung kaleng, diiris korek api</li>
<li>1 sendok makan kecap manis</li>
<li>1/2 sendok teh garam</li>
<li>1/4 sendok teh merica bubuk</li>
<li>1/2 sendok teh gula pasir</li>
<li>2 sendok makan minyak untuk menumis</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Resep saus lumpia semarang :</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>1 siung bawang putih, dihaluskan</li>
<li>300 ml air</li>
<li>50 gram gula merah, disisir halus</li>
<li>1/4 sendok teh merica bubuk</li>
<li>25 gram gula pasir</li>
<li>3 sendok makan tepung sagu dan 1 sendok makan air, dilarutkan untuk pengental</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Cara membuat lumpia semarang :</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>Isi : panaskan minyak. Tumis bawang putih dan ebi sampai harum. Tambahkan udang dan ayam. Aduk sampai berubah warna.</li>
<li>Sisihkan di pinggir wajan. Masukkan telur. Aduk sampai berbutir. Tambahkan rebung. aduk sampai layu.</li>
<li>Masukkan kecap manis, garam. merica bubuk, dan gula pasir. Masak sampai meresap.</li>

Gimbal udang:<br />
• 100 gr udang<br />
• 125 gr tepung terigu<br />
• 2 siung bawang putih, haluskan<br />
• 1/2 sdt lada<br />
• 1 sdt garam<br />
• 200 ml air<br />
Saus:<br />
• 2 siung bawang putih, haluskan<br />
• 10 bh cabai rawit hijau, haluskan<br />
• 4 sdm petis udang<br />
• 2 sdm kecap manis<br />
• 1 sdt gula merah<br />
• 1/2 sdt garam<br />
• 300 ml air<br />
• Minyak goreng</p>
<h3>Cara Membuat Tahu Pong Khas Semarang</h3>
<p>• Panaskan minyak, goreng tahu hingga kering, angkat, tiriskan. Goreng pula telur hingga kecokelatan, angkat, tiriskan.<br />
• Buat gimbal udang: campur tepung terigu, bawang putih, lada dan garam, aduk rata, tuang air sedikit demi sedikit hingga adonan kental. Panaskan duabuah wajan, satu wajan anti lengket dan satu wajan dengan minyak banyak. Tuang 1 sendok sayur adonan, taruh 3-4 ekor udang, goreng hingga setengah matang, angkat. Masukkan dalam wajan satunya, goreng hingga kering, angkat, tiriskan.<br />
• Buat kuah: panaskan minyak, tumis bawang putih hingga layu, masukkan cabai rawit, petis, kecap manis, gula merah, garam, tuang air, masak hingga mendidih, angkat.<br />
• Susun dalam piring, tahu pong potong, gimbal udang potong, dan telur goreng potong, beri sausnya, taburkan bawang merah goreng, sajikan.<br />

<li>1/2 sdm ketumbar</li>
<li>2 sdm lengkuas</li>

<li>1 sdm irisan bawang putih</li>

<li>50 gr kelapa parut</li>

<p>Cara Membuat :</p>
<ul>
<li>Seduh sebagian tepung beras dengan 250 ml air mendidih. Aduk merata. Tambahkan sisa tepung beras sedikit demi sedikit, lalu sagu, garam, dan air kapur sirih serta air biasa. Aduk hingga menjadi adonan</li>
<li>Buat dadar tipis-tipis dari adonan tadi, angkat lalu digulung. Potong-potong, sisihkan</li>
<li>Rebus bumbu yang telah dihaluskan dengan santan bersama daun salam.</li>
<li>Masukkan daging ikan yang sudah disuwir halus. Setelah mendidih, angkat</li>
<li>Hidangkan burgo dengan potongan dadar, lalu disiram dengan kuah ikan. Taburi bawang goreng</li>

<p>untuk 5 porsi.</p>
<p>Nb: kalo diliat pas lagi bikin adonan kayak bikin kue nastar banget, tipsnya tepung beras jangan langsung dimasukin semua tapi sedikit demi sedikit biar adonannya pas.</p>

<li>Pisahkan daging ikan dari tulangnya, lalu keruk dagingnya dengan sendok/garpu</li>
<li>Haluskan daging ikan, lalu campur dengan tepung kanji, bawang putih, merica, telur, dan garam. Campur rata dan uleni sampai halus</li>
<li>Dengan menggunakan 2 sendok teh, bulatkan adonan ikan yang langsung dimasukkan ke dalam air mendidih. Jika adonan sudah mengapung, angkat dan tiriskan. Untuk kaldunya, tambahkan air panas ke dalam air bekas membuat adonan ikan menjadi sebanyak 2 liter</li>

<p style="margin-top:6px;margin-bottom:0;"><span style="color:#000000;">2.    Ikan tenggiri yang besar (1 kg, bila digiling/dibersihkan menjadi 700 gram)</span></p>
<p style="margin-top:6px;margin-bottom:0;"><span style="color:#000000;">3.    Garam dapur secukupnya (untuk 1 mangkok = 1 sendok makan garam)</span></p>
<p style="margin-top:6px;margin-bottom:0;"><span style="color:#000000;">4.    Bumbu penyedap (Ajinomoto) secukupnya (2 sendok teh)</span></p>

<p style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:5px;"><strong><span style="color:#000000;">Cara membuatnya:</span></strong></p>

<p style="margin-top:10px;margin-bottom:0;" align="left"><span style="color:#000000;">Bersihkan ikan tenggiri dan giling pakai gilingan daging, hanya dagingnya saja, kulit dan durinya dibuang.</span></p>

<p style="margin-top:10px;margin-bottom:0;" align="left"><span style="color:#000000;">Campurkan ikan giling dengan air dingin dengan perbandingan 1:1 (atau 1:3/4 untuk lebih terasa ikannya).</span></p>
</li>

<p style="margin-top:10px;margin-bottom:0;" align="left"><span style="color:#000000;">Takar dengan mangkok bakso (kecil/sedang) dan bila dapat 2 1/2 mangkok, campurkan dengan air dingin sebanyak 2 1/2 mangkok juga (atau kurang, tergantung mau banyak sagu atau tidak).</span></p>

<p style="margin-top:10px;margin-bottom:0;" align="left"><span style="color:#000000;">Masukkan garam halus dengan ukuran sendok makan peres, sebanyak jumlah mangkok ikan dan air, dalam hal ini sebanyak 5 sendok makan peres.</span></p>

<p style="margin-top:10px;margin-bottom:0;" align="left"><span style="color:#000000;">Masukkan pula bumbu penyedap (Ajinomoto) dan aduk rata.</span></p>
</li>
<li>
<p style="margin-top:10px;margin-bottom:0;" align="left"><span style="color:#000000;">Masukkan tepung sagu perlahan-lahan sambil diaduk dan diuleni. Bila takaran tepat, akan terpakai tepung sagu sebanyak 1 kg, bila kebanyakan air, makin banyak sagu yang dibutuhkan dan rasa ikan kurang terasa.</span></p>

<p style="margin-top:10px;margin-bottom:0;" align="left"><span style="color:#000000;">Bila adonan sudah kalis (tidak lengket), dapat dibentuk bulat atau lonjong (lenjer) dengan tangan ditawuri tepung sagu lalu rebus. Sehabis pempek mengapung direbus, angkat, tiris, lalu goreng atau siap dimakan. </span></p>

<p style="margin-top:10px;margin-bottom:0;" align="left"><span style="color:#000000;">Bila sudah terbiasa, dapat membuat pempek isi telor mentah, seperti mempuat pastel (lihat contoh gambar di halaman lain).</span></p>

<p style="margin-top:6px;margin-bottom:0;"><span style="color:#000000;">3.    750 ml air</span></p>
<p style="margin-top:6px;margin-bottom:0;"><span style="color:#000000;">4.    5 siung Bawang Putih, cincang halus</span></p>
<p style="margin-top:6px;margin-bottom:0;"><span style="color:#000000;">5.    2 sdm ebi, dihaluskan</span></p>
<p style="margin-top:6px;margin-bottom:0;"><span style="color:#000000;">6.    1 sdt garam</span></p>
<p style="margin-top:10px;margin-bottom:0;"><span style="color:#000000;">7.    10 s/d 20 buah cabai rawit, dihaluskan (tergantung selera pedas). </span></p>
